I've never taken boxing before, can a new-comer join the boxing class?
Absolutely! The class is always all levels. The more advanced students work with me to teach the
newer students. There is a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, but it usually takes only a few
classes to understand terminology and movement.

Will I get hit if I take boxing class or learn boxing through personal training?
Absolutely not! The boxing class sometimes has a round or two at the end for "very light sparring".
It's a time to put your skills into action. You can opt not to do light sparring and instead do extra
conditioning work.

What should I bring with me? What should I wear?
You should bring water. You may also want to bring a towel and a change of clothing. I recommend
breathable, non-constricting clothing and supported athletic shoes. Some students prefer wrestling
or boxing shoes which are flat-footed and flat-soled, but have ankle support.

How much is boxing class and how much are personal sessions?
Boxing class is $10 per individual. Personal training sessions are $65/Hour for 1 person or $80/Hour
for 2 people. Half hour sessions are offered on an individual basis, please inquire.

Clients prepay their sessions at the beginning of each month. Payment is accepted in the form of
cash, check, credit card and Paypal. You can also purchase one, two or four sessions in advance

What times do you have available for personal training sessions?
My hours are Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 8:00 (last session starts at 7pm) and Saturday, 9:00am - noon

Do I need boxing gloves and wraps?
No, you can always borrow my equipment. You may decide, however, to purchase your own if you
decide you want to continue. I recommend Mexican style hand wraps and the 12oz. Ringside Super
