I have been an AFAA certified Primary Group Exercise Instructor
for the past four years. I have instructed low-impact aerobic
classes at local gyms, in addition to high energy Rock & Roll
aerobic classes at a bar. I choreograph safe, fun routines for many
fitness levels. Routines combine my love of dance, elements of
boxing and classic aerobic movements to engage even the biggest
aerobic skeptics. These music driven routines are easy enough for
a beginner and complex enough for the seasoned aerobicizer.
