I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer and an AAAI/ISMA certified Personal Fitness Trainer.  
Additionally, I am certified in HeartSaver CPR, AED and First Aid.

Personal training is just that - PERSONAL.  While one person may want to run a marathon,
another may want to walk through the mall comfortably or be able to put dishes away more
easily.  I recognize that the same fitness routine should not be applied to all individuals.  I
make it a priority to find out a person’s likes and dislikes.  I also find out what their
limitations may be...physical or otherwise.  I then put together a program or a plan which
suits the person.  I understand that we do not always feel like doing physical activity and I
honor this by taking a different approach to fitness.  I strive to listen to those I train by
suggesting the right plan for the right moment.  Although a progressive plan is an important
element to becoming more fit, it should not be the only goal.  My goal for you as a personal
trainer is that you have a better day.  If we do it right, you will also have a better week, month,
year and life.  I look forward to working with you to achieve a happier and healthier life.
