a great way to get a really good workout, as well as learning a very useful skill. And I'd like to mention that the class is not what people may
envision when thinking of a "boxing class".  Although we work hard, learn punches, focus on technique, do mitts, and light sparring, and are
overall spent by the end of class, we don't actually land read more » punches on each other(unless you both agree to do so). So if your worried
you'll get a black eye or fat lip if you take the class, that's not gonna happen!  Swing by and check it out. Plus it's only $10.00 bucks, and you cant
